El alojamiento está bien, con un poco de todo lo básico que necesitas en una casa para pasar unos días. El lugar es bonito y tranquilo, con rutas para caminar que pasan por la puerta de casa y a escasos 10 minutos de poblaciones con mas servicios y ambiente.

Juan Ramon's house is charming. It's a typical Alpujarran house, built to be as cool as possible in the summer heat. We were there in December, but once you've got the large woodburner going is heats up quickly and it was lovely and warm. The photos and description on the listing are helpful and accurate. Fondales itself, is a delightful village. As with most of the villages in the area, car access is limited - which, after all, is one of the reason they feel so quiet and peaceful. One good thing worth knowing: Juan Ramon's house is a short, almost level walk from where you park the car - or it is possible to get a (smallish) car right to the front door. This makes this house more convenient than some others - particularly if one member of your group has mobility issues. (Obviously once you've dropped off, you have to move the car back to the square to park properly). All in all we had a very pleasant stay, and would definitely stay again if the house happens to be available.

Fondales no es tan concurrido, así que se descansa genial y puedes moverte en coche fácilmente para hacer turismo dursnte el día. La casa es estupenda, muy bien ubicada, con chimenea, muy cómoda y limpia. Todo fantastico. Muy recomendable!!

Lugar ideal para una escapada de desconexion. Es una pequeña aldea retirada con buenas rutas de senderismo, un puente romano por el que pasa un río de agua ferroginosa espectacular. Sin embargo, en la aldea no existe ningun servicio, solo casas, y esta retirada aunque a 5 min de Mecina de Fondales. La casa esta equipada, aunque en esta época es muy fría; la chimenea funciona bien y caldea la casa, pero apenas llega a las habitaciones. El contacto y trato con el anfitrion bueno y sevicial.
