This is offered as luxury flat, and terrace is amazing - just out of this world (about 11x5 m), but that's the only thing about luxury. If flat costs 149 EUR at October and 349 in hot season I expect not the cheapest toilet and kitchen paper and "Schauma" shower gel or cosmetics from "Lidl". Such feeling owner is making money just with terrace (oh, we enjoyed it!), but flat is lacking of attention. Curtains were dirty and with holes. Some coffee cups were dirty and we had to rewash before using (hasn't diswasher!). Some plates are damaged. No bowls so kids ate their corn-flakes from pot as found soup plates not comfortable and too shallow. There were no blankets - just plaids which maybe is normal at some cheaper accommodation not luxury flat. There were empty cans behind terrace railing. Don't understand why a person who cleans a flat didn't take them away. There was even spot on a wall after someone before us has hit a moth. Great terrace saved us from big dissapointment!

What a view! Morning and evening. Sunsets were beautiful! This space was perfect for 2, 3,or 4 people, as long as the many steps don’t cause a problem. With this view…the steps are worth it. Clean and inviting.

Loved it. Great views from the terrace well worth the 70 ish steps up. Really lovely apartment and very comfortable bed. Maro gave lots of good recommendations one of which was the 3 island boat trip - really good fun Well worth staying here

This apartment in Dubrovnik was so beautiful! The views of the city and the surrounding sea were mind-blowing. It was a perfect place to come home and enjoy the sunset and some wine on the amazing patio after a day enjoying the city. Maro met us at the apartment to let us in and show us around. Also took the time to give us local recommendations and highlighted spots on the map for us. Would absolutely recommend this rental and we hope to rent again!
