the view is hands down what makes this places worth it. There aren't many high rises in San Jose so there is an uninterrupted mountain view. and the entire wall is windows in living room and both bedrooms. The drawbacks: the place is a bit small. For 2 people, it's OK. for 3, a bit tight. The furniture is the typical "looks good in pics but uncomfortable as heck" . none of the sofas chairs, or beds were anything more than functional. To that extent, I would not recommend staying more than 3 or 4 weeks. The apt is located in a very nice area, walking distance to la sabana and the stadium. there is a bus that goes downtown and several parks in the area. the building amenities are a nice additive but they are fairly basic so don't expect fabulous There is also a person limit. Overall, the hosts were fabulous, the condo/apt was great, and you cannot beat the view and location. also, the wifi was sufficient for anyone doing a workation

Stayed here for 3 months. Great apartment; fantastic view to the West of San Jose from both bedrooms and balcony. Both beds very comfortable/en-suite bathrooms of an excellent standard. Kitchen has everything one needs for a short/long stay. Apartment located on floor that houses a Cardio Gym with Jacuzzi - both excellent. Easy access via Lift to the pool/Weights Gym/other amenities. Probably one of the nicest apartment buildings/surroundings in central San Jose. Park opposite beautiful/quiet, with many dog walkers. Variety of good coffee shops nearby, places to eat lunch (Mocopan a favourite) & supermarket 5 minute walk. Irmina was great to deal with via text; friendly, responsive & direct. Recommend this place to anyone/would/may stay again in future!
