Staying at Opal & Kevin's place was amazing. I traveled with a group of 12 and we stayed at 2 separate homes but they were very kind in letting us have our group over during the day. Like many of the other reviews we were also concerned about the idea of the host being on site, but it was great. We were college students on spring break so we were concerned about noise complaints but that was never an issue, in fact, they encouraged we played music and even showed us how to set up the speakers throughout the house. They were very respectful of our space but also there whenever needed. Opal & Kevin's attentiveness is one of the best parts of the stay. They answered questions and fixed any problems extremely fast and were even kind enough to offer us a ride the first night when we were still figuring out transport. The home and amenities were beautiful, the best part by far is the pool. If we are ever back in the Bahamas we will definitely be staying here again!

Our group had an SPLENDID vacation here at coconut paradise! Kevin was always there for the things we asked for and we had a blast with him! We will miss this home dearly, and will be back soon!

Opal and Kevin were great host . Their home was so spacious, clean, with lots of amenities. Pool was so relaxing to chill at with the water fall. We’ll definitely be staying there again.

Opal and Kevin are wonderful hosts. Always responsive and extremely kind. The pictures are beautiful, but the place is even more amazing in person. Very peaceful and perfect for a family vacation or getaway with friends.
