The location of this property was perfect it was 10 mins drive to Cheltenham city centre and around 20 minutes drive to some really lovely villages. We walked from the property to the Green Dragon Inn as recommended and had a lovely pub lunch and then popped into the convenience store adjoining the pub which was a lovely little find. The scenery on our walk was beautiful and we were lucky to have lovely sunny weather too! The property was really well equipped with everything you could think of. There was olive oil, salt, pepper various herbs dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tablets, tea and coffee making facilities, a dishcloth, towels, hand wash, soap and shampoo and even dressing gowns. Irene was really lovely and welcoming and our only complaint it that we hadn’t made a longer booking! Thank you Irene for making us feel so welcome.

Lovely barn! We had a wonderful stay and it exceeded our expectations. You need to drive everywhere which is something to consider, particularly if going in summer. However, it’s in a great location in terms of exploring different parts of Cotswolds. Amazing hosts that are quick to respond to messages/queries.

Great cottage with a nice backgarden. Everything was very comfortable and in line with the description. There were some distant road noise when sitting in the backgarden but nothing that could have spoilt a nice relaxing weekend. Irene is a gem of a host and super friendly. She made also very good recommendations of where to have meals and what to see in the area. I would recommend for a nice gateway and visiting the beautiful area.

This was our second time back at Irene and Michaels place, we enjoyed returning and visiting different places. We went to Cheltenham this time enjoying this busy town centre with plenty of entertainment. We enjoyed the facilities and appreciate the great kitchen area. Slept well all very nice .

Irene and Michael are great hosts, willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. Their place is beautiful and set in peaceful countryside.
