The house is in a great location. The outlook is great over the river and the breaze is lovely, a great spot for a walk, close to boat hire, and electric skooters.Its an older home as mentioned, and a few lights dont work, they may need new bulbs. Theres enough room in the rear drive way to do a 3 point turn in a comuter van, to make exiting easier onto the road which is busy. The construction work is mentioned in the add, and during the weekend there was no noise. During the week they may liase with you about coming and going. Overall its great budget accommodation. Especially if you are out enjoying the sunny coast and just need somewhere spacious to relax after.

We had a group of adults stay here for the Aussie surf titles. The house is spacious and was in a good location. The key pick up was a real pain as it was about 15mins away in Mooloolaba at a busy complex where it was hard to find a park. Then also had to be dropped back there. A lock box would have been a lot better. The host only provided to very minimum in essentials ie washing up detergent - one small satchel for one wash up and only 1 dishwasher satchel and only 1 tea towel. No garbage bags etc. I think it's a bit lame to expect people to keep your house clean and tidy but not provide the means to do it. The bbq and the stove are both very old and unsafe. It's a place that needs a lot of work. It was good ,in that it could accommodate all of us but I wouldn't rush back.

Needs some maintenance, needs better cleaning and yard maintenance. No batteries in remotes, no extra bin liners and not good internet.

Apart from music through the night a couple of times from neighbours an excellent place for our group of 8 Private beach across the road. Made up for the lack of lap pool.
