Great place out of hustle of DC, but easy to Uber or metro into city, close to Reagan a/p too. Quiet, lovely neighborhood, safe for walking. No problems parking out front. Kitchen & bath small, but bedroom/sitting area in basement studio apt well apportioned. Kai was friendly, helpful, & shared bakery treats! 😋

This is a great find if you're traveling to DC area! It's perfect if you're alone or with another person. This cozy little studio is in a great location. It's 10-15 min walk from the Metro and is close to King street and other charming areas of Old town Alexandria. It has great access to DC as well. It was peaceful and easy to finding parking. I ran into Kai one morning and he was super friendly and attentive to any needs. Similar to what some of the other reviews mentioned, the furnace is loud along with the bed. The bed itself is comfortable, but the bed frame is incredibly creaky and makes a lot of noise with the slightest movement. The combo of a loud furnace and a loud bed frame made it difficult to sleep.

Kai’s place was great. Cozy, convenient, quiet. Will certainly stay again the next time we’re in Alexandria.

Kai’s place is great! Very comfortable and convenient with plenty of street parking. Great price and I would definitely stay here again!
