Staying with Roya was a joy! Although we didn’t see much of one another she was always quick to respond and help out if I had any problems or queries. The room was as described and is perfect for someone who likes their own space. It’s only a 20 minute walk to Ealing Broadway which is a super nice walk, and alternatively the bus stop is a 1 minute walk up the road. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone travelling/ staying in London on their own. The surrounding area also feels very safe and lovely. 🩷🩷🩷

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in diesem AirBnB sehr genossen. Im Haus von Roya herrscht eine angenehme und sichere Atmosphäre, und das Zimmer ist sehr gepflegt. Falls man spezielle Wünsche hat, geht Roya stets freundlich und schnell darauf ein, und erkundigt sich stets nach dem Wohlbefinden ihres Gastes, wenn man sich im Flur begegnet. Sogar als ich während meines Aufenthaltes erkrankt bin, hat mich Roya mit passenden Medikamenten versorgt. Andererseits bietet das gemietete Zimmer auch sehr viel Privatsphäre, die von der Vermieterin immer respektiert wird. Auch die Umgebung wirkte auf mich als Alleinreisende sehr sicher, sodass ich mich auch abends auf dem Heimweg nie unwohl gefühlt habe. Ich kann dieses AirBnB wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

I highly recommend Roya's place. The studio room is clean, cosy, and lovely. And Roya is a wonderful host; she is friendly, helpful, and always responsive. I really enjoyed my stay there, and felt that I had made a really good decision of choosing Roya's place.

I had a wonderful time at Roya’s Airbnb whilst studying at a filmschool in ealing for 2 months The school, shops and metrostation are all walkable or just a 5 minute bus ride away. Communication was very well and I felt very welcome. Thanks for all and if I’m looking for something in London again I would love to come back!

I can’t thank Roya enough for making me feel so welcome. Arriving from New Zealand after 26hrs flying I was exhausted and it was lovely to arrive to a place that was clean and quiet with a kind and friendly host. Great communication throughout my stay, I felt safe and the room was nice and quiet and private, which was great while I was working odd hours remotely. Would happily come back here in a heartbeat A+++
