Apartment location was superb, walking distance to la rambla and a metro within 5 minutes! Is in slight need of a cosmetic upgrade, but still absolutely worth it! Was a stag of 13 and was perfect for what we needed/wanted!

Le logement est très bien placé. Par contre des travaux de réfectionns seraient à prévoir car il est assez vetuste à mon goût. Les salles de bain sont anciennes et les fenêtres ferment mal. Du coup le logement est mal isolé.

Stayed with a family of 13 (from kids to grandparents). The lift is not usable for Samflat guests and the stairs are steep and winding. Very difficult with bags/children/elderly. I saw an old man have to get out of his wheelchair and climb the steep stairs. For our extended family, we loved the location. Extremely close to tourist attractions and nightlife/restaurants. Single glazed windows, so expect traffic noise from early in the morning to late night (only in the front facing bedrooms). Pillow's are awful and there were not enough of them. Beds are fine. Has a small kitchen to cook in if desired and a washing machine and drying facilities. All in all, great location, quirky apartment but not an "Executive apartment". Would be great for a stag or hen party type stay.

Perfect location with easy access to the metro and good restaurants and shops within walking distance. Communication from Cristian was great and he allowed us to drop our bags off earlier than our check in time so we were able to view the sites of the city without our luggage before we checked in.
