A bright and spacious four bedroom Victorian terrace house, ideally located in the heart of Walthamstow, the 2019 London Borough of Culture . The house is 5 minutes walk from Walthamstow Central Underground, offering easy access to central London. Local award-winning restaurants, cafes, pubs and craft breweries are minutes from the doorstep, with the London Olympic Park, Walthamstow Wetlands, Lea Valley and Lloyd Park/William Morris Gallery nearby. - The open plan kitchen, dining room and garden room offers a great space to relax, with light flowing in from the kitchen-side return, roof lights and the garden room. - All the bedrooms are a good size, and there are bathrooms on both floors. We have a spare futong and airbed available. - The polished concrete floor has under-floor heating. - We have Super-Fibre Wifi as well as Netflix, Amazon Firestick, Amazon Prime, Now TV. - The south facing garden is a good size and a great space for BBQs with a patio, including outdoor sofa and dining table.

We had the loveliest Christmas at Michael’s house. The house is beautiful and even better than the photos. The space is super social, with beautiful design whilst still being cosy. Michael was extremely helpful and very accommodating with check in/check out and anything we needed during our stay, and the welcome package was very sweet and appreciated. This is a stunning family home and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, and great value for money! We had an amazing stay!

We loved our stay at Michael's House. We stayed as a family of four and we had plenty of space and all the amenities we could need. (Although we stayed on a week that was exceptionally hot and the back of the house was ***extremely*** hot. Luckily we had taken our own fans so would recommend you do this if you're going in hot weather). The location is amazing - close to Walthamstow Central which is on the Victoria line so really excellent links to anywhere in London. There's also a lidl and a really cool market literally a few minutes walk away and lots of amazing places to eat out at or get food delivered to the house from. Michael was brilliant, very responsive always replying quickly if I had a question and was very kind. Would definitely recommend!
We spent Christmas at Michael’s place – our son’s first! – and I really don’t think we could have had a better time. The house is beautiful, comfortable and spacious – the whole downstairs is open plan which was great for a family group as people could spread out and find their own space. The back of the house is a glorious sun trap even on a winter’s day. The whole home is a lovely space to spend time. It’s also very well positioned between Walthamstow Central and Lloyd park, which was perfect for us as we wanted to go for the odd stroll and to the cinema. Michael was incredibly helpful and welcoming and very quick to respond to any queries.

- Our local park, Lloyd Park. Home to the William Morris Gallery. The park also has a great play area and skate park.
- The Ravenswood Estate - a local brewery (x3) and Gin Palace with 'Gods own Junk Yard'. Also local pubs minutes away (The Rose and Crown, Chequers, Mirth Marvel and Maude).
- Local Coffee in the Bread Factory and the 'Sunday Social' (Food & Drinks from around the world, Music)
- Cycling along the Lea Valley Canal to the London Olympic Park (Velodrome, Aquatics Centre, Fantastic Kids' Parks).
- Walthamstow Wetlands; the largest urban wetland in Europe, and Walthamstow Marshes. The 211-hectare nature reserve and adjacent marshes are a great place to unwind and appreciate one of the greenest cities on Earth.

- the markets - particularly the designers markets organised by 'E17 Designers'. A group of 50 talented, independent, designers and makers who sell interesting and innovative handmade goods, from clothes and accessories to home wares and ceramics.
- the East of Eden yoga studio at the top of the street. It's a minimal calm space with great instructors.
Underground tube takes 20 minutes to Oxford Circus from Walthamstow Central (5 minutes walk from house). You can also take the Overground Train to Liverpool Street from Walthamstow Central (15 minutes) , allowing easy access to Shoreditch, Bricklane , the City of London etc.
