We had a great stay at this Airbnb - the flexible check in and check out was really helpful and the location is excellent (a really short walk to the beach and lots of local restaurants). The house generally was very spacious and the kitchen well appointed. Couldn’t ask for more!

We (parents and daughters aged 14, 16, 17) had a very pleasant stay. Large, charming, fully equipped home. Pleasant terrace on +1 with a distant view of the sea and downstairs courtyard with table for outdoor dining. Clean, orderly, beds made, bath towels, ... everything for a carefree holiday! Ideal location: quiet, close to the beach, the vinatge stores, park, the city center,…). A winner!

Great location and a lovely quiet street. Spacious comfortable bedrooms. One of the showers wasn't quite working but I'm sure that will be fixed.

Great base for exploring St Leonard's & Hastings. We've previously stayed at the Hastings end but really loved the vibe in St Leonard's for a change. The pier and old town were still well within strolling distance for my older parents, young children (10 & 6) and dog. We enjoyed lunch at The Crown and ice-cream at Di Pola's - both dog-friendly and top of our Hastings must-do list! The house is beautifully decorated and furnished, beds were super-comfy and the shower in the family bathroom was a treat. Parking wasn't available outside the property but we were able to easily find free street parking a very short walk away. Angie was super-lovely and really flexible with our check-in and check-out times. We were enormously thankful for this.
