Foi incrível a estadia, a casa é maravilhosa, bem localizada, muito próxima a praia, encontramos tudo o que precisamos para nos hospedar bem. Foram poucos os pontos de melhoria: como fechar a garagem, ou tornar mais claro o preço para o aquecimento da piscina desde o check in. Voltaria e indicarei para muitos amigos!

Queremos decir muchas gracias al propietario de la casa , así como a la empresa que ayudó con la reserva y el alojamiento. Un agradecimiento especial a Elena, quien nos recibió y nos habló mucho sobre la casa y sobre los alrededores y los lugares de interés. ¡Pasamos días maravillosos en esta maravillosa casa! muy aconsejo esta casa para una gran familia o amigos. Excelente ubicación, la playa está muy cerca, cerca de un buen supermercado.

Very nice stay with a beautiful view and is very close to the beach. I would stay here again if I ever come back.

Our check-in to the property was very simple and easy. There was a safe box where the key was placed and we just did a self check in which it was very handy since we were travelling by car and couldn’t give a specific time of arrival. The property is actually big but there are lots of things that could of been better. They didn’t check the tv controllers which theh had no battery in on none of them. The beds has only one pillow and a very poor quality duvet and the mattress from the master bedroom is already finished, the springs bothered me all night. The car park gate is broken so you have to push a bit in order to close it. The checkout was a bit of a nightmare because the checkout was at 10am and we ended up missing the time, my wife was in the shower and I overslept and woke up 10:10am with the cleaner inside our room waking me up like police officer shouting and she went inside the bathroom where my wife was naked telling us to get out of the property. Totally disrespectful

Had family emergency where a member had a severe accident, all evidence was shared with the owner … we informed about the situation and expected them to understand, no remorse or care not even 50% refunded or offered date change resulted in us being charged more than £1500, i would understand if it was a low season but it was peak kids holidays they could’ve easily sold the place which I am sure they did,if this was their attitude I only wonder how terrible the experience would have been if we stayed. Stay clear of them and do not book or waste your money you can see previous reviews where a guest paid for a service they didn’t provide and it took guest a long time to get a refund. Basically once the money is in their pocket they will not consider even extenuating circumstances… even Air BnB tried best to help me as they knew our situation was out of our control but the owner dismissed all requests. Feel ashamed of your response and care. Do not book here they only want your money.
