The stay at Habitat Parisian was marred by unexpected construction just outside the windows (a few feet from the bed), causing dust, debris & noise disturbances. We booked our stay in November 2023, prior to any note of construction, we were never notified directly by Habitat of this change. We reached out to Habitat, leading to a transfer to another rental nearby. Unfortunately, the second apartment had issues too: a mildew smell, chipped surfaces & walls & a ceiling leak which dripped all over my husband's belongings. Despite Habitat's efforts, the disruptions to our honeymoon necessitated an early checkout & a partial refund request. The only good experience we had was our communication with Alicia.

Really friendly service, good location but unfortunately there were construction works exactly around the apartment on the building that were not mentioned before. Therefor extremely loud between 08:00-17:00

Gorgeous apartment in a fabulous location. I stayed there with my partner and my 10 month old for 4 nights. The communication is excellent. So quick to respond and very helpful. Sadly there was building work literally outside our two windows 8-5 every day. Very loud drilling. My little girl struggled to nap through this so it did put a dampener a little on the stay. Also the view of workmen outside the window. (Like literally at the window) meant we couldn’t open the curtains so lived in quite a dark apartment 🙈. Things to note if travelling with a little one. Make sure you reserve the high chairs. We were lucky they did get us one super quick but I hadn’t realised I needed to reserve it. The bathroom is through the bedroom so if your little one is sleeping you have to creep through past there bedtime to use the bathroom. The bed is massive, good curtains that block the light. It is stunning just maybe not for families. It’s a very chic apartment. Just unlucky the work was on

Honestly I loved my stay here. From checking in everything was amazing. Normal check in time is 3 pm and I landed from New York at 11 am. I called the host and they were incredibly flexible with letting me check in early which meant a lot as I was absolutely exhausted after a trans Atlantic flight. Alicia notified the cleaners and they finished cleaning by 12:30 so I was able to check in early. Instructions were super clear on how to get into the apartment. The location is 10/10 right by the louvre and close to the metro. WiFi was awesome (as a remote worker this is important for me). Apartment was super clean, cozy and exactly as described. Would stay again
