Our house is a semidetached house in a condominium of 17 buildings, called Lagoon Ocean Resort . This is no typical resort with a reception, guest entertainment and so on. It is a quiet retreat, with access only for residents and guests. You find a parking for your car and a swimming pool with shower, deckchairs and a typical palapa that offers shade. This is all in a well-maintained compound with blossoming plants. Nearby are the sandy beach and two retaurants /bars with affordable prices. Our house is situated directly to the bayside so that you have a spectecular view both to the bay and to the Caribean Sea. The sandy beach can be reached in one minute. You just have to walk down a stairway. If you prefer a plan access, no problem. Just take a little detour and you are in five minutes on the beach. The ground-floor offers you a bathroom with warm water shower and toilet, a well equipped kitchen with refrigerator (with freezer), microwave oven, a 4 plates induction-hob and a Senseo coffee-machine. There is warm water in the kitchen, which is not selfevident in this kind of house. The kitchen is open to the living-room, where are a sofabed (140x200cm) and a desk. Four persons find place at the table. A staircase leads you upstairs to the bedroom with a boxspring bed (180x200cm) and the other bathroom, identically equipped as the one in the ground-floor. There is a small room for your clothes and a cabinet. Here is a safe too. From the bedroom you have access to the large patio with a sunsail , two deckchairs and outdoor furniture. This is the best place to enjoy the superb view and listen to the sound of the sea and the whispering palms. The house was renovated in 2019 and is equipped with new bathroom items, bed and sofabed. The aircondition (one downstairs and one upstairs) is brandnew too. It is silent and efficient. All windows and doors have insect screens. We also provide a cool box for you. On arrival we will have a refund of toilet paper, hand soap and bin liners ready for you. You can stock up for the rest of your stay in the supermarkets.

The pictures do not do justice to how beautiful this place was, the location is perfect if you want peace and quiet and want to go to the best beaches in the West. The house was incredible, Jürgen and Sabine responded super fast and our greeter Johanna was the sweetest with the best recommendations. I can’t recommend this Airbnb enough! Definitely makes us want to come back

I have to say, this house is absolutely perfect. The view is amazing, laguna beach is at a walk distance, restaurant just beside. Jurgen and Sabine are great host, everything was exactly as described and Johanna is super friendly and will give you some tips of what to do around the island. we had a wonderful vacation and if we go back to Curaçao, we will definitely rent this house again! thank you so much Jurgen and Sabine :)

Beautiful location. The unit has everything you need to spend time at the beach. Well equipped kitchen. Restaurant right next door was very convenient. Beautiful views. Great snorkeling, near many beautiful beaches. Felt very safe. Spent hours on the decks. We definitely want to return, very relaxing trip :)

We had a wonderful week in Lagun's piece of paradise with the most amazing views over the little bay. Fresh breezes kept us cool and mostly free from mosquitos. We snorkelled and swam on the house reef a minute's walk from the nicely furnished apartment. Amazing restaurant even closer with the most friendly service and beautiful fresh fish. We visited many more beaches, all different in their own way, along the coast and within 2-15 minutes drive. So much to see and do on this less touristy side of the island. Love to come back some day. Thanks guys and Johanna who was super friendly and available to help if needed.

Disfrutamos de una maravillosa estadía, lejos el mejor lugar para quedarse en Curacao y disfrutar de una playa casi exclusiva, de aguas cristalinas, donde incluso nos bañamos al amanecer o tarde solos. La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario, recibimos buenas indicaciones para comprar alimentos y productos cerca, el lugar es un condominio privado muy seguro y tranquilo, y queda cerca de las mejores playas de Curacao que están a minutos en auto. Yohanna fue nuestra anfitriona con quien tuvimos una excelente comunicación, siempre dispuesta a satisfacer nuestras dudas, dar recomendaciones, etc. En fin, nos llevamos los mejores recuerdos de nuestra estadía en la casa.

There are two restaurants only a few meters away from the resort.
A PADI diving-center is 50 meters away. Here you can book courses and rent diving equipment.
In Lagun is a very small shop operated by locals.
On the beach fishermen sell the real „catch of the day“. Really inexpensive and the freshest seafood you can buy. Try it out!
There is an inexpensive possibility to take your laundry to a dry-ceaning called „Duzu“ in Tera Cora, ten minutes away by car.

出行信息

To our mind a car is absolutely necessary in this part of the island. So you can reach all the highlights easily.
If you want, we can give you advise in renting a car. Driving on Curaçao isn’t dangerous. Most of the main roads are in a relatively good condition and paved.
There is Public transport too, even to Lagun, but it is not recommended.
