The house was exactly as described. We had an issue with our clothes getting stuck in the washing machine but Vert was super helpful and had the issue fixed within a few hours of us reporting it. Only minor detractor is Vert requesting further details on their external website prior to supplying the lock box code.
you should take in considration that in all this big appartemnt 3 fllors there is only one bathroom on the third floor and the meaning is understood.
