Finisterre is such a breathtakingly beautiful property that Jon could have left it at that and it would be a 5 star location. However, when you rent Finisterre you get so much more. The house comes with everything needed for a memorable island vacation and extra amenities that further enhance your experience. On top of all of that, the crown jewel of Finisterre is the concierge team, Jen and Joey. They are friendly, responsive and a treasure trove of Island knowledge. Our party of 8 included 4 adults and 4 kids. Finisterre was loved by children and adults alike. The property has great gathering places for the whole family as well as offering secluded privacy in each guest room. Thank you for a family vacation we will always treasure. We cannot wait to visit again!

The place was as-advertised. My group was 6 couples going to celebrate our 40th birthdays kid-free. Each couple had their own private bedroom and bathroom and all were happy with their rooms/accommodations. Extremely private, breathtaking views, house was stocked with everything we needed. The concierge, Jen, was very helpful before and during the trip. Upon arrival she met us at the ferry and we followed her to the house where she gave us a tour and made sure everything was up to our expectations. Before our arrival, she took a beer/wine list we provided and went to St. Thomas to purchase them for us, and stocked the fridge with a separate grocery delivery order. I would recommend this house to anyone going to St. John in the future.

I have rented many, many vacation homes in the past. There is absolutely NO DOUBT that Finesterre is the BEST home we have ever rented!!! 1. The pictures do not do justice to the magnitude of this private villa. It is a breathtaking location!! 2. Quality of every element of the home is simply the best I have ever rented. 3. The spread-out nature of the villa allows for great seclusion simultaneous with unbelievable privacy for each couple in your party. 4. The "extra" touches set this rental apart. Things like providing coffee, water, spices, liquor, ice, snorkel equipment, beach tents, beach chairs............ All things you will buy or rent in any other place!!! By far the greatest asset is Jen Doran!!!! - Your private concierge for your stay: 1. She prompts you for every detail you need to address pre-trip. 2. She meets you at the dock and escorts you to the house. 3. She accommodates you daily. 4. She is present when you depart. This place is AMAZING!!!! We will return!!!

Finisterre is a remarkable property. We were six couples celebrating a great friends birthday. The place couldn't have been better. The pool area with covered veranda was a great place to hang day and night. As remarkable as place looks with pictures, it doesn't do it justice. All the bedrooms are well appointed, and great views of ocean. Hired private chef for last night, and dining room has glass wall which can be opened to enjoy the breeze of St John cool nights. Jen Doran is a fabulous concierge. she helped us before arrival with recommendations, groceries and logistics. She and Chico met us at dock, and whisked us away to villa. Jen was there each day to clean pool, and was always accessible for any questions. One night has a change of plan, and she was able to get a party of 12 a last minute diner reservation. Finally, Yanires, our house keeper kept the place spotless. so pleasant, and such attention to detail. we are already planning a trip back
