House is in the Soca Valley close to Tolmin. House has 3 floors, ground floor with kitchen with a large table and 8 seats (plus 1 in hall), washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer, oven and induction hob, dishwasher. Living room with double sofa bed, smart TV with satellite channels, CD player, wifi music speaker. French windows to small garden with lawn. Views of mountains and surrounding valley. Ground floor has the family bathroom - bath and shower. The middle floor has two large bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has ensuite shower room and king size bed. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a single bed. The top floor is a spacious loft with a double bedroom, ensuite shower room and living area. Outside is a small grass garden about 10 metres x 5 metres. At the side of the house is a parking space for two cars. Large patio has wood decking, table that seats 6, a bbq, an outside sofa for 2, small table and 2 chairs and and good views of the Julian Alps. Only 3 minutes walk up the road in the village is a pizza restaurant and bar called Pizza Ti. You can walk to a little waterfall in 10 minutes in Ciginj and to the hill of Mengore (about 45 minute walk) it's part of the Soca Valley walk of peace trail . Five mins drive (5km). Tolmin is the biggest town in the Soca Valley has cash machines, petrol station, restaurants, bars, tourist information centre which will organise or tell you about renting bicycles, water sporting activities in the Soca Valley, paragliding, maps of hiking trails, maps of cycling trails and local tourist attractions. The town of Kobarid is 20km away takes about 20 minutes to drive there with restaurants and more activities. Most na Soci is a very pretty about 15 minutes drive with a beautiful lake.
