Charming townhouse in Conil de la Frontera in a close gated complex with communal pool and private garden. Located in the same village; 15 minutes walking from town center and 20 minutes walking from the beach; located in a very quiet complex with all kind of amenities around, supermarket 300m, pharmacy, bars, bus station. The house is new and full equipped, air conditioner and heating on every bedroom. Please, let us know if you have any query. Many thanks! Spacious and cozy townhouse that will make you feel at home. It consists of 141 square meters built, distributed over 112 square meters of living space on 2 floors, a 12-square-meter terrace, and a 17-square-meter private garden. On the ground floor, you will find the living room, kitchen, laundry room, and a toilet, as well as the terrace and the private garden with access to the green areas and the communal pool. Upstairs, there are 3 double bedrooms; the main one with a double bed and a full en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The other 2 double bedrooms have single beds and share a full bathroom with a shower. It features Internet-WIFI, a 42" Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and dishwasher, 2 exterior parking spaces, blinds, and mosquito nets on the windows. Separate cold/heat air conditioning splits are available in all bedrooms and the living-dining room. Additionally, the property is rented with two free exterior parking spaces included in the price, located within the gated complex. A set of bed linens per bed and 2 towels per person are also included.

We had an unbelievable stay in Conil. Great little town and great accommodation. 3 of us were working remotely and had no issues with internet or anything. Thank you Javier also for the very responsive communication it was greatly appreciated. Would recommend!
We stayed here for a few weeks in February. There were 2 of us at any one time but 3 stayed over the course of the weeks. All was as described. The stand out thing was how supportive and helpful Javier and Kai were. When we had a couple of queries - response was super fast and helpful. Very close to bus station - which was a major reason for booking here. We were without a car and did not need one. We took day trips to Cadiz, Vejer de la Frontera, and Tarifa. All easy to get to and really worth a visit. Very handy having Aldi 5 minutes walk. We walked into town most days about 20 mins to the centre and then another 5 to the beach. Very walkable. Lots of restaurants and bars to choose from and a wonderful beach to explore. We did lots of walking/exploring. Weather changeable but mostly great. Needed the heating on most evenings for a quick burst. Heating worked well/rapidly. We really enjoyed our visit to Conil.
Javier war super zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit! Hat immer gleich auf unsere Fragen geantwortet und geholfen wo er konnte. Außerdem ist das Haus sehr schön, da es sehr viel Platz bietet, sehr sauber und gemütlich ist. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Hemos estado 9 días unos amigos y yo y la verdad que todo estupendo Javier ha sido muy atento y siempre ha preguntado por como estábamos y si era todo de nuestro agrado Las fotos del anuncio es tal y como se anuncia. Ha sido muy cómodo comunicarse con Javier y la estancia ha sido muy agradable . Ojalá seguir allí más tiempo Muchas gracias por todo un abrazo grande

Very quiet neighborhood, ideal for resting from the noise of the town center. A 15-minute walk to the center (1,300 meters) and a 20-minute walk to the beach (1,700 meters). Gated community, very peaceful, with a communal pool and all services nearby, supermarket, pharmacy, bars, bus station, etc. Just 300 meters away, you will find the new public sports facilities of the Pocito Blanco district, including a futsal and handball court, and two basketball courts. Also, right next to the housing complex (150 meters), there is a Biosaludable park and a children's playground.
If you don't mind to use the car you have; El palmar 10 minutes driving distance, Caños de Meca 15 minutes, Tarifa 35 minutes, Cadiz and Jerez airport are 40 minutes driving distance, Seville and Algeciras an hour. 23 km from Dehesa Montenmedio. If you wish to visit Doñana National Park there are excursions from Sanlúcar de Barrameda which is located just 45 minutes driving from the house and if you play golf, you have a couple of courses in Sancti Petri 10 minutes driving. As it is not located directly in the town center it is very easy to drive in and out.

Las maravillosas playas vírgenes del litoral gaditano para practicar deportes náuticos, pasear por la playa o realizar rutas ciclistas por los innumerables caminos que existen. Ahora hemos decidido ofrecer nuestra casa a otros visitantes, estoy seguro que no quedaréis defraudados de los encantos que esta tierra mágica y diversa ofrece. Con esa intención quedamos a la espera de conoceros. Hi, we are Javi&Mamen. We bought this house in Conil to be able to enjoy the activities that this unique environment offers. The marvelous virgin beaches of the Cadiz coast, to practice nautical sports, strolls along the beach or go on cycling routes along the innumerable paths that exist. Now we have decided to offer our house to other visitors, I am sure that you will not be disappointed by the charms that this magical and diverse land offers.
