Jean and Frédérique are lovely people and great hosts. Communication (in French, English or German) was fast, informative and very polite. We spent 6 nights in their beautiful, modern house with fully equipped kitchen and a magnificent south-west view down the Vercours valley. Farmer shops for local produced milk, cheese, eggs or meat (lamb, porc) are within walking distance. Also, many hiking trails of different lengths can be reached from there. All Informations were provided by the hosts at arrival and in written form. We enjoyed our stay with two families (a total of 4 adults and 4 children) very much. We would highly recomend this place and would love to repeat our holiday there!

Wonderful stay during the festive season 2023! All 8 of us stayed in the house which is very well-appointed, clean and modern. It is located in a quiet area with beautiful mountain views, offering numerous walking paths for hiking, yet slightly remote, as smaller towns and grocery stores are a 40 min walk approximately. One aspect for improvement is the WiFi connection and smart TV as they were not always working. The hosts were kind, quick to respond to messages, and asked for feedback.  Highly recommended!

En vacances dans le Vercors avec des amis, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre semaine au gîte du Rucher. L'emplacement est idéal tant pour le point de vue que pour les nombreuses activités aux alentours. Jean et Frédérique sont très accueillants et de très bon conseil pour les randonnées et lieux à découvrir à proximité. Le gîte est très bien équipé (nous étions 4 adultes et 4 enfants) et décoré avec goût. Une belle adresse à retenir !
