We have a cozy and friendly house in the spirit of the Yalikavak/Bodrum. You can watch the uniqueness blue of the sea from the windows,balconies and veranda. The wine and palm trees in the garden shows the perfect harmony of green and blue. Although Yalikavak has been growing rapidly in recent years, but our site keep its calmness and silence. You can swim in the sea at any time you want. Security of the is provided by private security company

Ihsan and Deniz were the loveliest, kindest and most gracious hosts we've ever had. Ihsan was responsive and attentive to any of our questions or requests. This is a "no frills" type of accommodation but it had everything we needed to feel right at home. Waking up in the morning and having a cup of coffee while enjoying the spectacular view was really something special. This home is an absolute hidden gem. We were blown away by what a good value we felt we had found. The beach - incredible - is a short 5 minute walk and one of the most beautiful we've ever seen in Bodrum. There are lounge chairs and also a convenient little cafeteria which serves food. Note that this is located next to the Edition hotel, so when there are events or weddings at night there the sound does carry up a bit around the bay, but we never heard any noise past midnight.
Based on previous experience with the neighboring beaches, we remembered the less trafficked beautiful water of Yalikavak. Thank goodness we found this typical casual hillside Turkish home that offered us the best clean Sandy beach we ever found! It is right next door to the Edition Hotel which was recently published in Turkish Vogue Magazine. We also went by sailboat, motorboat and sido to surrounding beaches, and this private community beach could not be beaten! The house is spacious for a family, and views are over the top. The owners live in an adjacent structure, and they are ever helpful and generous with whatever needs we had. We miss it already!
Ev cok guzel bir sitenin icerisinde ve mukemmel bir plaji var. Agac altinda sezlonglar ve kum plaj cok guzel bir tatil yapmamizi sagladi. Sahil cok kalabalik olmuyor ve site gorevlileri her sabah sahili, sezlonglari temizliyorlar. Evin ici ve esyalari biraz eski ama ihtiyacimiz olan hersey vardi evde ve cok rahat ettik. Ozellikle teras ve teras mobilyalari cok konforluydu ve evin mukemmel bir manzarasi var. Ihsan bey de cok iyi bir ev sahibi tum ihtiyaclarimiza hemen cevap verdi. Tekrar gelmek isteyecegimiz bir ev.
Ihsan’s home has access to the BEST private beach in Yalikavak next to Edition. Ihsan and family are welcoming and warm and made huge effort to tend to all our requests and needs. Will be back next year

İf you want to be within the texture of the city, you take a break in famous Bitez ice cream shop in Yalikavak, and you can dine in the restaurant and taste wonderful Turkish kitchen in Marina . You can also take your seat in the fish restaurant along the coast and you can eat fresh delicious appetizers and fishes and drink Turkish wine and raki while the sun set.
İf you prefer to go Bodrum, yo have many alternative for night. Watching concerts and ballet shows in the ancient arena and Bodrum castle or spending nice time night clubs ,bars ,etc.in
There is a midibus service at every 50 minutes to Yalikavak from our site, you can use these services to go Yalikavak.
You can find daily boat tours to the surrounding bays from Yalikavak.
Yalikavak is 5 km away from our site. Walking and biking or running activities are suitable in early morning.
