Barbara’s guest apartment is so perfect! The space is so lovely, quiet, and comfortable while being so close to all the stuff the city center offers! She was so welcoming, helped us get a reservation the first night and a taxi when we left. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Bologna!

Barbara is the best host I've had: kind, helpful, immediately responsive. But her flat has pros and cons: great location, 5 minutes from Piazza Maggiore, on a quiet street - optimal. But the apartment is dark (faces a courtyard) and cold: probably great in the summer, but I froze in a chilly April period. It's very small, two small rooms (kitchen and bedroom) that open to each other. Good bathroom, comfortable bed, and very clean, but not a very well equipped kitchen (no microwave, few pots) and little furniture - no comfortable chair or sofa, so there is no comfortable place to sit. If you just need a place to sleep in a central location, this would be fine; but if you want something more comfortable, I would look further. If you need help with Bologna, Barbara would be a great asset for you, but if you want to cook or relax in your flat, this would not be ideal.

Everything was great. Barbara is fantastic and very communicative. It's a great little apt in a fantastic area of town. I was a little afraid there would be noise because it is on the ground floor but the apt and street are very quiet. The area is the best. Very close to the sights but also very quiet and local.

Barbara was an amazing host. I felt very safe in the apartment, knowing that she was there if I needed her. And as a woman traveling on my own, that was such an amazing benefit of the apartment. It was very clean and comfortable. Thanks Barbara, for the great stay in Bologna.

Barbara was beyond accommodating and flexible. The apartment was a wonderful and convenient home base to use to explore Bologna. We made our reservations at the last minute and she graciously accepted our request and spent time preparing the room with little notice. Any question I had was answered via a message, typically within minutes. The apartment itself is great, thoughtfully arranged and decorated with wonderful amenities. The location was central to everything we had hoped to experience. We have stayed in a lot of AirBnBs and this one, was special.
