this is Peter I used my wife's account to give a review based on our experience,sorry for late review we've been busy of fixing something here. the room is fine my wife love to cook so the kitchen is good even though there was a little problem but it was solved right away. I'm just having trouble with the handle on the stairs because that's where the lights are attached plus I have a problem with my legs. and one more thing The toilet or bidet when you use it has a bad smell, even if you spray it, the bad smell comes out, even my wife cleans it, the bad smell still comes back maybe it needs inspection for that. the good thing is the area close to the market and joy and stuff is nice people.

We liked the outdoor kitchen and balcony. And the owner was very accommodating. Good and stable Wi-fi.

Joy's place was perfect for me! She's responsive and provides recommendations based on her guest's needs. Also, I needed solid Wifi access to work during the 2-week period I was at her AirBNB...and everything worked as promised. If you want a local community experience with easy transportation to the surrounding area, Joy's place will match your desires. I recommend Joy's place for both short- and long-term stays. I would have stayed longer, but I was slow on requesting an extension and her place was all booked-up.

Nice accommodation. Great shower. Not close to alona but near island hopp and great gym. Steep stairs may have older people request ground floor

Joy is extremely kind and helpful. We had no issues with our communication. The place is very quiet and peaceful with easy access to the shops, public market and restaurant next door. You can definitely walk everywhere but Scooter opens the door to the beaches and all tourist spots. Tricabs are also an option but it will cost you much more in the long run. Definitely negotiate your prices with drivers and beach vendors. We do recommend visiting chocolate hills, it's a journey in itself. Hopefully Joy will want us back.
