Wonderful location in proximity to Little Caesar’s Arena and great, local eats. A very clean, welcoming space with all the charm of a historic Detroit home!! Definitely would love to stay here again in the future!

Ronald’s place is in such a convenient location- within walking distance to everything. It is exactly as described and there was a good assortment of shampoo, bandaids, ect available to choose from. We did experience the freezing temps in the living room overnight that someone else mentioned but there were plenty of blankets available!

We had an excellent time staying at Ron’s place! The only thing we had issues with was the radiators staying on to help warm the apartment during our second night as they did not stay on and we were cold in the early morning. Ron was very responsive when we asked how to turn on the heat. He was easy to reach throughout our stay, and I would recommend staying here!

Ronald's cute apartment is one of our favorites! This is our 3rd or 4th (?) time staying here and every time it's perfect for what we need. It's right in the heart of everything but just off the beaten path enough that it's quite and safe. The casino was a 5 min drive, the stadium (Let's Go RedWings!) is a 5 min walk, the cutest coffee and sweets shop (For the Love of Sugar) is a 3 min walk. The apartment has the cutest balcony and feels like home. Ronald is flexible with arrangements, kind and always communicates and let's us know what to expect and to top it off... it's not overly priced. There are a lot of places to choose from.... but I'll choose this one, every time!
