What a lovely place and such friendly and welcoming hosts! Ljubica was an absolute delight; unfortunately, we hardly saw Branimir. The studio is as described, and, though small, absolutely fine for a couple: it is clean, well-appointed, and in a wonderful location just a minute's walk straight down to the beach. The spacious private patio, with table and chairs and a lovely garden, affords a nice view of the sea and nightly sunsets. Our only "issue" was with the parking: a safe and private space for guests' vehicles was wonderful; however, accessing the space proved challenging, with the need to back into a narrow, uphill, oddly angled entrance. I noticed no one else has mentioned a problem with this, so maybe it's just me! Sadly, due to unavoidable circumstances, we had to shorten our stay. Thank you, Ljubica and Branimir!

We had a nice time in the small apartment. Very close to the beach and very friendly hosts! Really enjoyed it!

I liked the place. It was so close to beach you could take your coffee mug and book and sit on beach within 30 seconds. We had 1 room with 3 beds and kitchen working fine. Bathroom was ok and clean. BIG plus for patio with vine plants around it which in case of + 38C gave shade and relax from sun and in night created a nice view on see ( vine bottle plus good company makes it a great place for couples ) . IT is around 2.5 km walking distance from Omis ( easy trip ) and there you will find nice restaurants and tourist agencies. It is safe and nice neighborhood. Owners are always helpful and willing to support. Important you travel to Nemire ( Omis ) for clear water and rocky beaches ( Nemire offers trees on beach which gives shade additionally ). I would say this place is worth to go back again due to it's climate. I can recommend this location.

Wir hatten das untere Appartement mit der großen, wunderschönen Terrasse mit einem traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Jeden Abend konnten wir den Sonnenuntergang genießen (nur die Mücken waren unangenehm, man sollte eventuell einen Mückenspray dabei haben). Bis zum Strand hatten wir ein paar Treppen nach unten und zum Gemüse Stand, Lebensmittellädchen und Restaurants ca. 80 Treppen nach oben (das war unser kleiner Frühsport;)). Der Strand war relativ ruhig. Das Appartement war sauber, zweckmäßig ausgestattet, wir hatten alles was wir bräuchten . Ljubica und Branimir sind super Gastgeber, sehr freundlich, immer hilfsbereit und haben uns herzlich mit einem selbstgemachten, leckeren Kirschenlikör begrüßt und verabschiedet:-) Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt! Alles in allem war es ein super Urlaub und wir können die Unterkunft sowie Ljubica und Branimir wärmstens empfehlen:) Vielen lieben Dank für den schönen Urlaub!

Sehr herzliche Vermieter, ruhige Lage, besonders für Familien, die Nähe zum Strand war super, das Apartment war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub.
