I had an excellent stay at Francis’s place! Everything was impeccable, from the cleanliness of the accommodation to the peaceful and private atmosphere. It was very convenient to have a bicycle available at no extra charge, which made exploring the surrounding area quick and easy. The room was well-equipped with air conditioning, and I was pleasantly surprised to find even a fan in the bathroom – a thoughtful touch! Communicating with Francis was a breeze; he was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The property is well-maintained and everything is in top shape. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a comfortable and serene getaway. Thank you, Francis, for such a delightful experience!

The cottage was neat and clean, it felt home to us. Host was forthcoming and everyone on site was so nice. The bikes are a must and I would recommend this accommodation without hesitation. It’s probably the best on the island.

Easily one of the best places to stay on the island. Comfortable, well-appointed, private and quiet within a gated property, but just a few minutes walk or ride on the included (and well-maintained!) bikes to stores and restaurants. Francis is attentive, responsive and cares deeply about his guests' safety. He clearly invests in making his properties one of the most beautiful and well-maintained on the island. The whole grounds are immaculate, and the staff does an incredible job of cleaning and facilities maintenance in a place where both are especially challenging.

We had an amazing 10 day stay at Francis' place. The cottage is on a dead end road in a quite neighborhood. It was very private and peaceful. Everything was as described and pictured in the listing and we were more impressed with it once we were in person. We were so glad we booked this place compared to the others we looked at. It was well worth the price. The waterfront has nice lounge chairs and there is shade to relax. The blender in the house was great for making fruit smoothies. The bikes were super helpful to make quick trips into town. Everything is easily accessible by walking or by bike (faster). Even though there are other rentals on site, we rarely saw other guests and it was always quite any time of the day. Francis was very quick to respond to anything we needed help with (raising bike seats, fixing a squeaky bike, extending our reservation, etc.). He provided great suggestions for restaurants, local tour operators, and dive/snorkel locations. It was everything we needed.
