Had a great stay at Le Moulin Haut we had fantastic weather and really appreciated the pool to cool off.
What a beautiful place in an ideal location. Such a lovely house, we enjoyed dinner on the veranda every night, and the pool was refreshing on the hot days. It’s a peaceful place with wildlife all around, listening to the owls at night, seeing the frogs in the stream and also a kingfisher flying up and down. The location is great, places of interest all under an hour. We travelled with a 4month old baby, a three year old and our in laws and the house was a hit for all. A small walk though the wood to the nearest village with shop and snack bar. Lalinde is 5 mins drive and had a lovely market and a nice square to eat in, plenty of eateries around. Paul is great on communication answering any queries quickly. We would definitely return ☺️
Paul’s place was wonderful! It’s a traditional house and it’s felt like home from home. So much wildlife to be seen. Lalinde itself is our most favourite place now! We got into a little difficulty and some young people rescued us and took us to our villa. Other locals went out of their way to help me retrieve the car. I couldn’t thank them all enough! And Paul our host showed concern and offered to help! So thank you Lalinde! I must say, if we hadn’t had the little flat tyre we wouldn’t have met local people and that is always an added bonus! We love France and Lalinde itself has everything you need and so so friendly!
Wow what a gem of a find!!! A beautiful Watermill house, in a stunning location. The pool was a massive hit. We had everything we needed & more. Paul was attentive and gave us brilliant suggestions of where to visit & also provided fabulous Welcome treats, which was a lovely surprise. Lalinde has some amazing views, superb restaurants & the Thursday market was great. We would definitely stay again - thank you
Outstanding location, truly beautiful rural setting, but also so much to do for families within easy access.
