Spacious and nicely renovated unit with a modern layout. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need including a water filter pitcher. Wonderfully comfortable beds with 100% cotton quality linens. Furniture and unit improvements are sturdy and attractive. Coffee maker didn't work but french press was perfect. Unit has a great location near shops, dining, and beaches.

Beautiful! Well appointed. Excellent instruction album! Very organized and loaded with the necessary kitchen items. Thank you! Loved the organization and a host after my own heart with the bed pillows! Felt like home! Easy walk/drive to sights you’ll want to see. Great location and beautiful community. Heads up, you need to walk to the back of the building to enter the front door. Parking lot is in back. Bleary eyed, and it was dark, when we checked in so it took us a minute. Finally, I cannot express to you how well appointed this rental is. They’ve added just about everything one would need to use for a vacation in Princeville. Loved our stay in your beautiful condo! Thank you!

It's our first time been to Kauai and so glad we stayed at this beautiful home, the house is cozy, clean and they have everything for the beach: toy, umbrella, chairs, boogie boards and snorkeling gears. The kitchen has pretty good pots and pans including good knifes! The location is perfect for our family of 4, short walk to the swimming pool and 15 min drive to the near by beaches in Anini and Hanalei bay are incredible! Last but not least, Matthew, the host is great to work with, he is flexible and easy to work with, we will stay at the same place if we ever come back to Princeville.
