We hosted a gathering at Anne's primary AirBnB and needed extra space for our guests. This AirBnB is about a 3 minute walk (~300 feet) from the primary airbnb. It's exactly like the photos and description. It gave our adult guests extra space to sleep comfortably and was very convenient to walk back and forth to. Words fail to capture how much we recommend this home and Anne and Quincy as hosts. Anne helped coordinate 6+ shuttles for our 24 guests to/from Merida Airport, met with and developed a half-board menu that met many allergy restrictions with local chefs who catered daily, helped us plan a day excursion to local ruins (Securing shuttle, tour guide, entry tickets, etc.), and helped get a jet-ski delivered for the day. We were able to pay all these extras through AirBnB, which was extremely convenient. This AirBnB and the hosts are truly professional hosts. If you're hosting ANYTHING big truly consider this AirBnB. We'll be back!!

Anne y su esposo son anfitriones excelentes asi como Juan, entre los tres nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Juan siempre apoyando en la limpieza de las áreas y atento a cualquier necesidad, La casa es muy bonita, cómoda, equipada, limpia, ordenada, piscina agradable y limpia, la vista de la recámara principal es insuperable. El internet muy estable que le permitió a mi esposo trabajar sin inconveniente. El lugar es hermoso con restaurantes muy buenos! Recomendamos al 100% este lugar y esperamos volver a visitarlo!

Just in front of the ocean, peace, tranquility, sleeping with the sound of the waves, waking up to the birds singing around. This place is a real charm and the host Anna was really nice and made sure the stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend it.

Anne’s place its amazing , I have stayed twice and this second time it was even better than last time. New amenities: top quality sound bar, kayak, etc.
