We would highly recommend this place if you are looking a place for a group of 10-12 people. The beauty of this place was that each room had an attached bath. That was just the place through. Yvonne is such a lovely host, that this place looks so much more friendly. She welcomed us with a lot of warmth, helped us organize ourselves in the bedrooms before we had even checked in, and was super prompt in her response whenever we needed anything. In terms of location, it is conveniently located and is accessible to great spots within the lake district with a max of an hour drive. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would love to be back to this place if possible in future.

Would certainly recommend this lovely property, amazing rooms and views are great, get up early for a sunrise, btw I didn’t, my friend did 😊 lots of kitchen utensils for a large group.

Cozy cottage with beautiful views! Friendly owners, well-stocked kitchen, and a great garden for the kids to play. Walking distance to the estuary, which was a beautiful and interesting place to enjoy the outdoors. Millom is a town close by for groceries and restaurants. We loved our time at this location!

Lovely property with amazing views. Garden is great. Kitchen on the smaller size for 12 people but manageable. Would stay again!

What a fantastic house for large groups, especially so for multiple couples with each bedroom having an ensuite. We used the fire pit every night, danced in the kitchen whilst cooking and gathered for meals on the enormous tables both inside and out. The host, Yvonne, did everything to make our stay comfortable. Popped into reset the wifi, which worked very well afterward. Cannot recommend this place enough. P.S. warning for tall people, some low doors in the house.
