Great stay. Very close to bush walks and Redwood Forest walks. Blue and Green Lakes a short drive away. Short drive into the city and lake. Friendly host. Recommend for a couple or single traveller.

The apartment was really beautifully decorated and well situated! The location was great, also because of the near forest which is beautiful. Everything was super clean, we felt like at home. The room is even better then on the pictures. Charity and her family are really friendly. We would definitely recommend to book this beautiful airbnb 🥰

A spacious and comfortable setting! Loved the fresh flowers, chocolates and ALL THE LOCAL RECOMMENDATIONS for food and fun. Great shower. Loved breakfast options. Hosts were very friendly. I expressed interest in a wonderful book I saw in the room on birds. She looked into options for how I can find it! Highly recommend!

Great place to stay! Lots of room and clean. The host was flexible/accommodating and offered numerous recommendations. I would stay here again. Just a general recommendation is I would rent a car as Uber is quite expensive even just Ubering the short distance into town for food.

Hi, my name is Charity and I'm married to Richard. We have two gorgeous children- who love adventure and travel too. We are an active family who love meeting new people and heading out on adventures . If we are not out on our mountain bikes exploring the amazing trails, you will find us at the beach, lakes or out and about exploring our amazing country. Richard and I met in London and have since lived in Auckland and a few years ago, moved back to our favourite place of Rotorua. I grew up in Rotorua, so love sharing my secret spots and travel tips to our guests. I am a primary school teacher and have recently started yoga.
