After living in Miami for 12 years I decided to move to Detroit in 2012 (the city I was born and left at age 5) and I began investing and rehabbing Historic Mansions and Buildings. Everyday I would learn something new about Detroit, it's a city with incredible history and I enjoyed doing my part in restoring the glory mansion by mansion. Back then so many people asked me .. "Sam why Detroit?" I decided in the summer of 2015 to give those willing to explore this great city the awesome opportunity to stay in a amazing carriage house on the estate grounds of a 12,000 SF Mansion. That was my first Airbnb listing, At the time it seemed like a natural thing to do opening up my guest home to travelers to explore Detroit, turned out to be a natural extension of my work history it's on a much smaller scale of when I had Hotels in South Beach and inviting guests from around the world to explore the city of Miami Beach. After selling my last Detroit Mansion (for the 3rd time) and starting to work on Mansions and Buildings in Cleveland Heights and Shaker Heights Ohio I decided it was best to keep a pied-à-terre for when Im between properties and now I'm offering it for those who wish to explore Cleveland! I do travel for work often to New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Rio, and Barcelona, and I'm always welcoming new friends! Safe travels Sam
