I found my home away from home. Nirav's place is beautiful very well kept, large house with gated community. I really enjoyed my stay, slept long hours with air conditioned bedrooms, read lots of books seated in a lawn chair in back yard in warm sunshine. It was peaceful during day and quite during night. Tea stall is nearby for morning tea. Nirav's home care was number one. Nirav upon my request agreed that if my local cousins visit me they will have the privilege do so, also were able stay overnight for my safely and security, since I was Airbnb alone. Thank you Nirav bhai, I certainly would visit this place again.

This is my second time staying at this house and it was a comfortable stay yet again. It’s going to be my go to when in Surat! Great location, quiet and clean place. Nirav is a great host and is very quick at communicating. Thanks again Nirav!

We, a family of 6 including a child 6 years old stayed at Nirav's place while in Surat.... Here's a detailed review: 1. Instructions after booking: Nirav is a superhost and a perfectionist too... After our booking, he provided all the necessary instructions in details required for hassel free stay at his place. 2. Location: Nirav's bungalow is located in a quiet and serene locality just near to Surat Airport. The gated community provides the much required security at an outstation place. 3. Property: The bungalow is clean, provided with all the amenities required for modern living. Rooms are spacious. Nirav and his family have given many asthetic touches to the property. The huge door opening into the lawns gives a wonderful view from the living room. The kitchen is well equipped. 4. The host: As I mentioned earlier, Nirav is a perfect host any guest would want. Before our check-in, he called twice for making sure we don't have any problems for check-in. He was connected with us whenever we required anything. We got prompt response within no time whenever we messaged or called him.... Overall the stay at Nirav's place was wonderful. We would highly recommend Nirav's place whenever you are searching for Airbnb at Surat....

Villa is clean well equipped, guests need not worry about pretty much anything, for cooking, you get utensils, for cleaning, caretaker comes in daily. As for your nd your belongings' safety, the society guards are vigilant so need not worry about that, as well. If you have your own or a rented vehicle, it's not too far away, otherwise it's a tad far from city but that's the whole point of it, "city life detoxification". I have no complaints about my stay at this villa, and I hope others enjoy it like me and friends did
