Newly renovated house in quiet area near the beaches of crystal clear water with more charm of the Mediterranean. Newly renovated house with communal pool, terrace with table and sea views, small garden with table and barbecue. Two bedrooms: One with Queen Size bed (150x190) and the other with bunk bed (lower bed 135x90 / upper bed 90x190), bathroom, living room with kitchenette. The house is located in private urbanization (Santa María de Llorell), three kilometers from Tossa de Mar. With control of entry and exit by barrier and security guards. Beach for the exclusive use of residents. with parking without payment on the beach where you'll enjoy two "chiringuitos" (tipical mediterranean beach restaurant), nautical sports and beautiful white sand beaches and clear water. At the entrance to the urbanization there is a supermarket and three restaurants within 300 meters.

très joli appartement, superbement décoré, bien équipé et très agréable avec ses deux terasses. accès facile a une magnifique plage. hautement recommandé

la location est extrêmement propre et très bien décorée. La cuisine aménagée bien équipée et neuve. Maison très agréable avec ses deux terrasses. Le plus , c'est un quartier très paisible et très proche de Tossa.

Det var ett trevligt boende i ett lugnt område med bra pool. Lätt att ta sig till stranden med bil. Smidigt att hitta parkering både vid hus och strand. Bra kommunikation med värden, alltid trevlig och tillmötesgående.

Very nice house in a quiet area. Looks like just renovated: everything is new, clean and contemporary. Kitchen is more than enough for cooking, not just breakfast, if you need. There’s no conditioner, but inside it is comfortable with opened windows. Good swimming pool for adults and kids. Spar is just two minutes of walking and was useful for getting morning croissants and drinks. But for big shopping we preferred markets in Tossa. Beaches are not so far, but it might be a bit challenging to get back in the afternoon, so we used car and parked it without any problems. Evening walkings were perfect, though. Xavier was always in touch and left us clear instructions. I would definitely recommend this place - very good for its money 🙌

Excelente alternativa a minutos de Tossa de Mar. Xavier es muy atento y la casa está recién reformada, muy linda y bien equipada. Está a pocos minutos en auto de Tossa de Mar y en el condominio hay acceso a dos playas muy buenas. Muy recomendado.
