Beach services (chairs, umbrellas, and watersports) are complimentary and only seasonal. Please note that all East Tower Amenities (frog pad, lazy river, and East Tower pool) are open but not heated. The west side pool is heated during the winter season. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. <br/>Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 4 vehicles. <br/>Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Other than coming in on the maintenance guy working on the doors till about 6:30 Pm, our stay was great !! Wonderful spot for both adults and kids.
Great stay! My husband and I visited with our 6 kids (ages 3mons - 14) and there was plenty of room. The condo was well stocked and CLEAN. I’ve visited PCB many times, sometimes multiple times per year and have never had the opportunity to experience 3 balconies! The view is unmatched. Vacasa was in touch several times before our stay to be sure we had check in instructions and assured us they were a phone call away. The amenities were incredible. The kids enjoyed every bit of it (minus the splash pad- it is Spring and the water was freezing because the splash pad isn’t heated- neither is the lazy river) but there were other pools so we fared just fine. The food and drinks downstairs at the grill were pretty good. We truly enjoyed our stay and we are looking forward to our summer vacation. We will absolutely be booking 1801W again!!!- The ONLY condo I will book moving forward if available.
Location is on the 18th floor. Everything was extremely clean except the couch and chairs in the living area. They have a lot of stains and are very dingy. The room that is off to itself with a kitchette is really nice and quiet, but the handle came off the door the first time I was exiting the room, and I couldn't get out. (luckily, I had my phone) When I tried to report it on the Air b&b app, I was given a number to report accidental damage. I didn't feel like that was accidental damage because it was missing a screw. The shower head broke in one of the bathrooms, and to keep from having to report "accidental damage" and being charged, we just replace it ourselves. The dishwasher doesn't work. The elevators are scary. The 2nd day, it fell from floor 17-12 and bounced. when we reported it, we were told that it had already been reported and maintenance couldn't be there until the next day, but it was safe because it is designed to fall safely. Pools, splash pads, and beach are perfect
Beautiful hotel rooms
We are EXTREMELY happy and overall satisfied with everything from checking in to walking in the front door, and everything in between! The only BAD part, was the door closing for the last time as we left!
