The perfect location in beautiful Winter Garden! 5 mile drive to Walt Disney, 10 miles to Universal Studio, 10 miles from SeaWorld The Grove with plenty of shopping and restaurants. complementary coffee, tea, & water wonderful attentive staff, modern vibrant furnishings throughout, private office to check emails, printing, etc. Disney fireworks at night, Conveniently located to Florida Turnpike and SR 429. What's not to love? Guest can use living-room, dining room, loft, Office, kitchen which includes stove refrigerator glasses plates utensils, etc. Guest must clean behind themselves after ever use.

Tia’s house is an absolutely BEAUTIFUL home. The beds are so comfy and the shower has perfect pressure and the hot water was wonderful as well! I felt so at home. Tia and her husband were amazing host! I wish I could give more than 10 stars!
Tia and her husband are amazing people and they have an amazing home. All of the previous reviews are spot on when noting their hospitality. They home is beautiful and kept immaculate. They are in a beautiful location as well as not too far from the theme parks or downtown Orlando. I enjoyed my stay and their professionalism. Thank you again to you both!
