入住很便捷，房间小且温馨，住的很不错。但是空调直接对着床头吹，睡觉的时候会有点难受，建议房东可以改变床的方位。卫生间和厨房有不少蚂蚁，可能是因为上一位房客吃了甜食没有清理干净，我们使用了两次杀虫剂之后只偶尔能看见一只蚂蚁了。建议房东给房间做一次整体杀虫。小区对面就有两个711，711旁边就有当地美食，点外卖也很方便。小区门口就可以打出租车。离公共交通有一定距离。在这里住了两周，整体感觉很愉快，有问题联系房东也都得到了解决。总体推荐入住。

Great place, lot of restaurants around and two 7-11 across the street. Atikun is a great host. 10 minutes walk to MRT Pink line, big shopping mall 2 stops away. Also Safari World, CDC and so many great places to hang out. Better than downtown BKK.

The apartment has everything you need. Great location with many good restaurants and markets around. Plus if you want to go central BKK you’re 7 minutes away from the MRT Pink Line. Host is very responsive. Definitely a good experience.

I’m have family in the area, that’s the reason I picked the location. You can get to central Bangkok in an hour with the new Pink BTS line connecting to the Sukhumvit line. 2 gas station convenience stores and 2 7-11s are within 5 minutes walk. Also great local Stratford options. BTS station about 15 minutes walk away. The building is lovely, the apartment well kept. Atikun communicated very well, extremely precise check-in instructions. Friendly security and neighbors, well you’re in Thailand! Can’t wait to return! Hopefully very soon! Thank you Atikun!

Atikun made every effort to make sure I had a comfortable stay ensuring he supplied me with clean sheets/towels etc: although as much as I want to give the place top marks, the bed was very very hard off the scale hard. i woke up with many sore spots, plus I have back problems so made it 10 times worse , so I never got one good nights sleep unfortunately, but apart from the bed it's a nice cosy little place, very difficult to get to, if using public transport. I'd say if you like a firm bed and have your own transport its a good enough place for the price.
