El apartamento de ziomara es igual cómo se ve en las fotos, tiene muy buena ubicación y ella responde al segundo.

Abbiamo soggiornato due settimane nell'appartamento di Ziomara, siamo stati bene ed il soggiorno è stato piacevole. Corrispondeva alle descrizioni. Nell'appartamento ,la cassaforte ed alcune lampadine non funzionavano ,ma Ziomara una volta avvisata ha subito cercato di risolvere il problema. Forse consiglierei all' host una verifica che tutto funzioni prima dell'ingresso degli ospiti. Il posto comunque è bello e spero di ritornarci presto Angela

We love this complex with the waterslides and a decent restaurant, mini-mart, and bar. It means you never need to leave the complex which is good because it is the last resort before unused land which means there is nothing else out there. The beach here is small, with only about 30 feet of actual beach where you can walk into the ocean. This particular apartment is located towards the back of the complex near the waterslides but about a 4 min walk to the beach. Super soft sheets and comfy beds. New towels and lots of extra towels was really nice! The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. The host was very responsive. Getting into the complex was NOT smooth. Not the host's fault but we were not on the list and it took a good 20 minutes of communicating with the guard before he let us in.

Ziomara's apartment is a great choice for a stay at the Cadaques complex. We have stayed in a few different apartments at this same complex before and absolutely love the community pool that is always clean as well as the easy walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the DR - easily the best beach for a spectacular sunset on the entire island, as it faces direct west! Apartment is well appointed, the listing being accurate for amenities. The air conditioning units all fully functional, however a bit picky in what remote control functions they respond to. The apartment is decorated with a bright beach vibe and the furniture, while clean, could use a refresh in the white upholstering. What as most disappointing was the fact that no water dispenser or even 5 gallon water bottle was provided, causing us to have to problem solve drinking water upon arrival. We had a personal vehicle and a close neighborhood colmado which sold us a bottle much cheaper than the mini-mart on campus.

The unit needs work. Half of the electrical outlets didn’t work, the sliding door didn’t close, the A/C didn’t cool the room very well, and the Wi-Fi was very weak. Note on the community installations, the water part is closed and we didn’t find out until we arrived. Very disappointing and it should have been communicated as it was an important feature we valued . The unit is advertised as being next to it, which it was. The waterfront is mostly rocky with a small part with sand.
