Nice house in peacefull area. Easy access with car and parking in the house area. Restroom was disapointment. House overall needs TLS. Good size house.

We were only there for a short time but the cottage was cozy and cute and only a 3 minute drive to my aunt’s condo. I could imagine this would be great for a longer stay for a family visit. The cottage was clean and roomy and could accommodate a larger party very comfortably. Leslie was very responsive to the questions that came up which I really appreciated! I highly recommend this place!

Five adults in the house for two nights. Walking distance to downtown Rochester, which is wonderful. Beautiful parks and walking/biking trails all around.

We stayed here for two nights with three young adults. The space was clean and comfortable, the wifi worked well and while all sharing a small bathroom is not ideal, everything was clean and worked well. The location was the best part of it for us - it is walkable to downtown Rochester and within 5 minutes of our local relatives. Leslie was friendly and responsive over email. It is a charming old house in a lovely walkable location.
