Pros: - Beautiful view of the Hudson - Very nice, large bathtub - Comfortable bed - Easy check-in, check-out - Good WiFi - Functional kitchen Cons: - VERY loud freight train. I’m surprised only a few of the other reviews stated this - Expensive compared to other airbnbs in more retail accessible locations - The shower head is angled off the wall which is ok, but the water pressure was too low to be fully submerged. - It’s a small unit and has everything you need if you just need a place to sleep. The layout of the furniture is a bit awkward to watch TV from the couch and seating area. It’s a studio unit so this is understandable - My girlfriend and I did not feel comfortable walking around the area, particularly at night. - The house is old and understandably very creaky, but we felt like the neighbors could hear every time we walked around .

5 star views and apartment. Beautiful tub, fantastic are and free amenities like tea. Also great local recommendations in the booklet. Shower water pressure was disappointing though, and some very off putting stains on towels. Overall though it was enjoyable, baths are more fun than showers and lots of great places to check out.

Loved our stay at Heights House! Such a beautiful renovated Victorian home with an extraordinary breathtaking view right from the apartment. Everything you really need is in the apartment. The balcony was cozy. The dome tower bathroom was clean and lovely. Both the bedroom area and the balcony are perfect places to watch the sunrise (a must) each morning since both areas offer an amazing view of the river and mountains. Bring a book or journal. A car is useful due to location from town. Personally, the benefit of the views outweighed any train noises. I was honestly very sad to leave!! Such an overall warm and cozy place to wake up at. Hoping to come back in the warmer months :)
