We really enjoyed our stay here in Simi Valley. The house was very nice, clean and plenty of room for our family. Jeff was very communicative and I would recommend this home to anyone with a large group. It was centrally located and close to restaurants and shops. Easy freeway access.

The hosts were accessible and friendly. The neighborhood was perfect. The house had a retro-1970's feel, which we were all quite at home in. It was my first rental and I couldn't believe how easy they made it for me to understand and navigate the ins and outs of renting

We really loved the homely feel and our kids didn’t want to leave! Jeff and El were great at communications the whole stay and made sure we were safe when some rain and a small Cali shake occurred. We would definitely stay if in the area again. The area had plenty to offer and there were some great restaurants that we enjoyed. We found a church if that’s your thing and they were very receptive to us coming. About as perfect a stay you could hope for.
