Great location. The views were great and the home had a lot of activities to use. Great kitchen with all needed items.

Awesome stay. Very great view and also house was amazingly beautiful. Pool table and game room was perfect for my family and I. Definitely booking again.

Place is very nice located up a mountain in Ruidoso. 20 minute drive to winterpark. Very clean and nice decor. Furniture needing some upgrades such as sofa/recliners and some on the beds not too comfortable but overall kids and family had fun with board games and game room provided. Would recommend.

Nice house great view ! There was a horrible smell the hole time we were there that was never solved ! So bad it have a few of us headaches ! Smelt like backed up sewer ! But everything was clean the house is nice for a larger group!

Beautiful place. The main furniture (sectional was broke. One end leaning, recliners didn’t work. Dining table tilted, we straighten but needs Maintence. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms. 0ne of the game pieces were off as reported, we repaired it. No batteries in tv remotes ( we bought some) Only 2 trash bags for a week long stay (but wanted all trash out in dumpsters) No way to store food or kid friendly dishes. Yet I still gave it 4 stars because it’s a beautiful home and nice neighborhood. I feel like for what your spending for 5 days. You shouldn’t have to worry about the furniture or to buy things to keep the place clean etc. Thank you for the stay!
