Perfect location (5 mins till the beach, 2 mins till grocery shop, children's playground in 1 min by walk, good public transport availability). Very clean apartment with all you need for stay including washing and drying machine, huge fridge, and good internet connection. Avi (host) was extremely helpful (arranged a cot and quickly reacted on all inquiries). Definitely recommend this option if you are looking where to stay in Bat-Yam.

Avi é um excelente anfitrião, super simpático e preocupado com os seus hóspedes. A comunicação com ele foi muito fácil e sempre a disposição para tirar dúvidas. O apartamento de Aviv tem tudo que precisavamos, nos sentimos em casa. Roupa de cama limpa, toalhas a disposição, cama confortáveis. Apartamento seguro e tranquilo para dormir. A localização perfeita próxima a praia, que é linda e maravilhosa para nadar. Há vários restaurantes, supermercados, padaria, farmácia tudo próximo do apartamento. Fizemos uso do transporte público para conhecer os pontos turísticos em Tel Aviv. Check-in tranquilo. Quem gosta de fazer exercícios físico existe vários pontos de academias publica na orla da praia e tem também uma em frente ao apartamento do Avi. Avi agradecemos a hospitalidade.

The location of the apartment is amazing: there is a big grocery store next to the building, a lot of playgrounds for kids in front of the building, and the most important thing is it's just some minutes walk to the sea! There is a lot of restaurants in the area and a beautiful waterfront zone! We were a family of 6 including two kids. There was enough space to everybody in the apartment. There were all the necessary things in the apartment including lots of towels and bedding. Avi and Hagit were very responsive, met all our requests and always wanted to help with any questions!

Excellent location. Walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. Nice park across the street with outdoor gym. The new light rail is a great amenity as well.

The location was perfect. Just off the main beach strip but only a 3 min walk to the beach. Nearby supermarkets and restaurants. Everything was clean and comfortable and Avi was very responsive and helpful. It’s an older building so you have one flight of stairs, not too bad for us. Loved the little touches, plenty of towels and such. Hydro is charged on top of the booking and not sure the fee as of yet, first time I’ve had that, I’ll edit to add the fee.
