The unit was very clean and the folks who live in the bottom unit came and welcomed us as we arrived, though it was around 9pm or later. Jock (sp?) their dog is so sweet and friendly. The main thing I would say is that while it is prohibited to smoke in the unit, the folks who live downstairs smoke and if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke, you might find it's not for you. My other housemates didn't seem bothered by it; I'm just super sensitive. It would've been nice to know that before booking. It's a little hard to tell from the photos and the description that the rental is not on street level. What the description says is "Main floor" but you have to go up a full flight of stairs once you are in the main foyer to get to it, after the steps to the outside entrance door. Not a deal breaker for us, but it's good information to have up front in case it's a deal breaker for others. Views were great, kitchen well equipped. Bathrooms super clean. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Lovely place and great host. If you get a chance, spend a few minutes playing ball with their dog Jacque. He’s a total sweetheart. Quick walk to restaurants and lovely views. We will be back for sure.

Paul and Molly’s place was so lovely. It was really nice to meet them and they were warm and welcoming. We were a group of 4 including my 90 year old grandmother. She really appreciated having a bathroom right next to the bedroom, which also had its own heating and thermostat. The views from the 3rd floor were incredible and coffee on the deck was perfect!

Very clean comfortable home. Had everything we could have needed. Owners are very nice.
