Cindy and Cesar’s place is perfect for a long or short stay. There hospitality was amazing, very welcoming to my dog and I. Available with a quick response for any problems (there was none). Trails behind the house were a huge bonus for my dog, along with the fenced area for him on the side of the house. The weight room in the back was amazing. Very close to the hospitals if you are a travel nurse, I’d suggest this place a million times!

I arrived at Cindy’s property at night. The building was poorly lit, the parking is on dirt and in front of her house. The low front fence does not have a gate. Made me question if my car was secured being parked outside. The keypad lock was old and it didn’t seem like the code could be updated after every guest. From the inside, there was also no other form of lock. So anyone with the key code could come in whenever. Knowing this and for me to feel safe, I asked that she put a lock/dead bolt/chain on the inside so I can at least lock the door while I was inside. She blatantly said she wouldn’t do any “construction” on her property and that I could cancel if I wanted. Because of her condescending response and lack of customer service, I only slept in her property that night. After a week of not being there although paying for the property, I requested a refund. I was only refunded about one third of the cos of my remaining stay. I do not recommend her property to anybody looking for appropriate responsiveness. Especially when the owner can not be avoided as she lives on the property.

This is a great place to stay short or long term! Cindy and her family are so nice and they even shared homemade cookies one night. It's a very homey feel with close access to the highway to get around the area quick. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful with unique houses and an awesome walking path behind the property. There's plenty of shopping and eating options near by or you have the ability to cook in the unit. You can't go wrong by staying here.

If you’re looking for a quiet, close to grocery stores and restaurants, as well as being within driving distance of Yosemite/Sequoia/Kings Canyon, this is your place. Our long term stay was peaceful and Cindy and family were so kind!

Cindy’s place was great for me during my time in Fresno . Really great location and I enjoyed morning walks with my dog. If you’re a travel nurse and working at CRMC with a car I would advise you to book this place quick. Cindy and Caesar were great host and I enjoyed the weight room in the back yard.
