I want to thank Jessica for providing the easiest Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. It was a tough week leading up to our stay and I originally had another place booked for my 9 guests until that Host canceled on me at the last minute. I came across Jessica’s home, sent her a message, and booked within a hour. She was always quick to respond, and provided useful information. The home felt like home to us and the photos are accurate. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the neighbors weren’t intrusive at all! Really enjoyed the home and I will spread the word!

The property is extremely poorly maintained Exterior driveway was full of leaf the bathtub are extremely dirty and a musty smell throughout the house and hot you can not control the a/c thermostat and it’s set to 78 degrees to sleep it was uncomfortable most of the fan don’t work properly and the only comfortable bad is the master bedroom all the other one are uncomfortable and the pool was dirty someone did show up the next day to clean but if you have the property rented out you should take of the cleaning before you guest arrive

We decided last minute to celebrate Thanksgiving in Miami with my brother , lucky for us we stumbled upon this beautiful house. It was literally 4 minutes from my brothers house & in a very quiet neighborhood. They had everything we needed to cook, they had plenty of space for us , & Jessica was very attentive! They had a very nice pool & plenty of open space. Definitely will look for her place the next time the family comes down to visit!
