Was at Gerry's place for just over a week on a work visit. This is a great little ensuite in Dublin in a super convenient location. It's literally 5 minutes walk to the 46A bus stop (which has pretty frequent buses!) which will take you to the city center or the UCD on one side and Dun Laoghaire on the other. The neighborhood itself seemed great and there's an Aldi just on the next block. The room itself is exactly like described with a kettle, microwave, a fridge, and all necessary cutlery. The bathroom has all the basic toileteries and towels provided. The hot water worked great and the heating was toasty. Gerry was a very friendly and communicative host, and checked if everything was fine regularly. The household is also nice and quiet (I can be a light sleeper and I didn't have any issues). All in all a great little gem in Dublin.
