The dock is complete with a sectional couch, high top table for six, and big screen TV. Whether you want a relaxing vacation on the water, ride the local trails ATV / side x side trails, you are working remote and want a change in scenery, looking to fish, wanna watch fall football on a dock with the option to jump in and cool off, or just flat out want to get away, we've got you covered! Enjoy your vacation in our gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bath, private lakefront house. Enjoy the fully supplied kitchen and open living area with 55" TV. All bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the two guest bedrooms both have queens. Two of the bedrooms have desks and chairs in them for remote work. The master bath is also located on the second floor and has a large walk in shower. Both couches on the main floor have pull out beds for extra guests and the the lower bathroom has a shower and tub, great for relaxing after a long day of boating. Main floor laundry. Kitchen is fully stocked and bathrooms have all essentials (shampoo, conditioner, soap, bath salts, hair dryer, lotion, and much more). Private 40 x 42 dock with large swim platform and plenty of space to tie up your boat. Dock features areas exposed to the sun to work on that tan, as well as shaded areas under roof with a large sectional couch and high top bar table. Two ceiling fans help cool the area on a hot day. Enjoy watching your favorite shows, movies, or fall football on the big screen TV. There is also 2 kayaks, lots of floaties including noodles and mats. Away from the dock, enjoy board games, corn hole, a propane grill, outdoor dining table, Adirondack chairs and many more great things for you and your group to enjoy!
