Our guesthouse is a certified Kyo-Machiya, compact 28 square meter bungalow with common area for living room and bedroom, a small Japanese wooden terrace, kitchen, and separate bathroom and toilet which is newly renovated. Its location is ideal for people who want to experience local Kyoto life. It is located very near to bus stops, universities, convenient store, public bath, coin laundry, liquor shop, 100 yen store, drug store, gym, ramen shops, restaurants, mall, post office, coin parking. It is very near universities that is why our guesthouse is ideal for long-stay researchers and professors, and short-stay students and travelers as well. It is also suitable for single traveler, couple, family of 3 (ideally 2 adults, 1 kid). Maximum capacity is 3 people, however, 1 or 2 will be the best for the guesthouse. Other Features: *Portable WiFi and Netflix are free of charge during your stay. *Two rental bikes ( free of charge) *Located near Ichijōji station (5 mins by foot), in the middle of Kyoto Ramen Street (If you are ramen lover, our guesthouse is located at the best area!) *Bus stop just nearby *Located near, Kyoto ramen street , Rakuhoku Hankyu Square (shopping mall), Japan Post Office, 100 yen shop, 7 Eleven, Coin Laundry, cafes, coin car park.

Great host, great home, we had a really good time here. Train station 5 minutes by walk, convenient stores, quiet and peaceful neighborhood. I'll always remember it!
Lovely stay with no issues. It was a shame that there was no natural sunlight in the apartment because of the outside shade, however not a problem for those moving around and about during their stay in Kyoto.

Great place great neighbourhood
good spot for ramen lovers. i love the free bike so you can experience strolling around kyoto like a local.
