自我介绍

My husband is a retired Senior Chief and I have retired from teaching and being a Director in Montessori schools. Now we are busy and get to be creative, by landscaping and gardening. I enjoy redesigning spaces in yards and inside homes to make them as attractive, functional, and spacious as possible. I have enlarged both my kitchen and dining area utilizing existing square footage. So when we acquired the guest house, I changed the inside of the home to an open floor plan and increased the bedroom sizes by relocating the closets to the porch. I have an album of before and after pictures that guest my see if they want. I am excited about sharing our guest house with people other than family. It is a new way to meet people and share. This last Christmas I decorated the guest house and had dinner and gift exchange with my family. What a blessing! This year we are focusing on landscaping when the rain stops. We are expanding our vineyard, transplanting flowers and hopefully doing some terracing along with putting a stream and aquatic garden and a rose arbor entry to the back yard on the north side of Serene Cottage Home. We hope to have it completed the summer of 2021. This is the type of activity that keeps both Bill and me very busy.
