Too many "rules." It was over-the-top. I felt like a teen with parents who are way too strict. The host and her family live there. Along with a lot of guests. Many long-term. I don't know if there were 9, or 10 rooms. The room I stayed in was spacious. The bed was OK. Big, but not comfortable. There were no (0) hangers in the large closet. I requested some from the Host. I asked for ten (10) to dry clothes. I was told that each room was only allowed four (4) hangers. They gave me five (5). There was a mini-fridge in the room. You may not use their refrigerator, freezer, or the oven. You may cook on the stove and use the microwave. Cameras are everywhere. I thought that was not allowed in Airbnb properties. There is a shopping plaza, with restaurants, a Korean market, and a public library 5-10 minutes away. I went there a lot. There is a convenient bus two (2) blocks away that takes you to either Metro train stop close by. Or, shopping.

great place. peaceful and friendly gues. lots of space around the house. neighborhood very quiet and lots of parking on the streets. will recommend. but before you rent read the policy is very important.
